Huddersfield Town FC commits to colour vision deficiency

February 10, 2022

Huddersfield Town has reacted to a colour-blindness fan’s reaction during their game against Derby County. Indeed, several fans highlighted the fact that it was complicated for them to watch the game. They gave feedback to Huddersfield Town FC and the club acted accordingly.

When they played against Preston, the club selected a specific kit in order to be inclusive for fans with colour vision deficiency. This type of action should be considered by all clubs in order to let 1 in 12 men and 1 in 200 women enjoy the football experience.

We invite clubs to check out the diverse resources to keep moving on this issue suffered by +300 million worldwide.
